Sprocket broke on my twenty year old garage door opener. I called Hometown Garage Door and they had a technician make an inspection within 1.5 hours. My door failed on Sunday - I couldn't open it electronically or manually. I called on Monday morning and the repair was completed yesterday evening. Not only that but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and Sam who did the repairs was cheerful, efficient, and quick. I highly recommend this company.Jeannie
