We recently rented bikes and used the van shuttle service from Adventure Damascus & Sundog Outfitter Bike Rental & Shuttle Co for a trip up to Whitetop Station on the Virginia Creeper Trail, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! The staff was amazing—very friendly and helpful in getting my family and me properly fitted for our bikes. Special shoutout to our shuttle driver (whose name I wish I remembered). He’s retired from the Information Technology field, which happens to be my field as well, so we had plenty to chat about. He was incredibly kind and made sure my family felt comfortable throughout the ride. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Virginia Creeper Trail!

Great bike ride rental and shuttle service to Whitetop Virginia. This is in the Mount Rogers National Forest and they service the Virginia Creeper Trail.

We had a large group and called ahead for reservations. They were very informative about the trail and were very friendly. Using Adventure Damascus was a great experience.

We decided late in the day to do the Virginia Creeper Trail. Another business recommended that we call here as most shuttle busses had ended service for the day. I spoke to Carlton and he told us to come on over. He held one of his drivers and assisted us with renting bikes. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Tucker, our driver, was very kind and informative. We enjoyed conversing with him as he drove us up the mountain. We are so very grateful to these fine gentlemen and this establishment for helping to create wonderful family memories! I HIGHLY recommend this business!

This week we rented bikes for several days and rode the Virgina Creeper Trail. Adventure Damascus was organized and they had strong customer service. We worked with Carlton. We would definitely use them again.

We did the bike rental and shuttle. The staff are extremely kind and professional. They have a huge selection in the gift shop. We had an absolute blast!

These guys made everything a breeze. We even had an adventure when our return shuttle broke down on the way back. Our driver was so kind and got us another ride very quickly. I'm looking forward to taking my family soon!

We had a great time doing the Creeper Trail from Whitetop Station (17 miles). They outfitted us with bikes and helmets and shuttle to the starting point. Three kids (ages 9-14) all enjoyed it. If you can ride a bike you can do this.

This is a very well run operation. Checking in and getting the bike was fast and easy. The van driver was friendly. I got a flat tire and they drove a new bike out to me at Hellbender's Cafe which is right in the trail. They had it there in probably 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who wants to bike the Creeper Trail.

Incredibly inclusive and friendly business. I’m a 400lb man and the business went above and beyond to ensure I had a bike that would get me the full 17 miles on the trail. I called several other bike shops who just said no! I was able to complete the whole trail, and most Importantly enjoy making memories with my family! WILL BE RETURNING FOR SURE ! Highly recommend!
