I had a great experience getting my furniture the lady Rachael Owen who helped me with the order was very nice, helpful and professional. The store was nice and clean. And the delivery man was on time and very nice. Thanks Arron’s. I recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a VERY loyal customer to Aaron’s for years, never had any issues until today. I called up there to fix a few payments and towards the end I wanted to speak to the manager for a personal question. The lady on the phone was absolutely amazing, very respectful and professional. As I ask for the manger she tells me that she is the only person there right now and no manger. How unprofessional can a manger be? On one the busier days of the week that the manger isn’t there, you got to be pulling my leg.NOT DONE YET, also please tell me WHY one of my daughters, who is also another loyal customer, tells me that the account manger (which who I found out is Jacob, don’t know the last name) called her with his personal number over a dozen times? Aarons get your game together because this is just absolutely ridiculous.

I would recommend Aaron’s for any of your household and furniture needs. Very professional and friendly staff. The manager Rachael goes above and beyond to get you what you’re looking for and she’s a pleasure to deal with. Satisfied customer!
