Deaken was soo sweet and helpful when I went in the second time. He fixed everything in less then an hour for me.
The manager (gage, Gabe) Is useless there. He doesn't want to do his job, has an attitude on him & quite unprofessional. 10|10 doesn't deserve his manangment position there. If it wasn't for Deaken & Erica I would've switched phone companies like the manager TOLD me to.

We were in and out of that store all day getting a bunch of phone stuff figured out and Deaken was so patient and helped us every time. He was even able to convince me (a long time loyal Verizon user) to make the switch to AT&T. He and his coworkers were nice and knowledgeable and were able to get us great deals and discounts.

Deaken did a great job with setting us up-our entire family got phones…he answered all of our questions and made sure we got the plans and phones we needed!

The woman that helped me was talking to me with an attitude and was playing around with the tv in the store while attending to me... I even tried to be nice and compliment her and she still had an attitude... I'm a kindhearted person so I let it slide, but most other people would have made that a HUGE problem at the moment in that store, IJS!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store, thanks to Deaken. I was having issues with my old phone and wasn't sure of my best options, but Deaken was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through all the solutions. Not only did he help me find the perfect phone, but he also explained all the features in a way that made me confident in my choice. Left with a brand-new phone and I couldn't be happier! What really stood out was Deaken's competence and patience, ensuring I got the best deal and solution. I'm so pleased with my purchase and the service I received. Highly recommend!

Very unhappy with this store. My husband and I went in to look at smartwatches. Two of the agents said they had a promotion to buy 1 smartwatch and get 1 free and my bill would only go up $24. With 2 phones already, with my company's discount, my bill was only $195 per month with insurance. I check the my AT&T app yesterday and the bill is $395 so they lied to get sales. Beware of this place. It's ridiculous to scam people in such a way. I'm not working and there's no way I would have agreed to those terms. Beware because it's never as good as it sounds with AT&T. And we left a carrier for them. It's turning out to be the biggest mistake we ever made. I called the store yesterday and the agent said the manager was going to call me back about it and still no phone call about this issue from the manager

Saw a sign outside talking about the nationwide outage. They also had on the sign that Verizon and another network was also down which was a lie. That's sad. Why would you lie about other networks being down to try to make yourself look better?
