This is going to be very long so just bare with me. This is the most God awful place to buy a car from and here is why:
These people are very quick to put a car in repo status. I live almost an hour away on top of working and everything else that I have going on in my life. I pay my payment every single time, most of the time I even pay more than what the payment is. Yes it may be little late because I DO WORK and I DO HAVE A LIFE.
By The Way: They don't give a courtesy call or anything letting you know about it like every other place does. They just want the money they don’t care about you nor have your best interest in mind I can promise that.
They have the repo guy threaten you about false charges if he cant find the car. Little do they know I am Ex-Law Enforcement so that is completely invalid if they try to do this too anyone else!!
Not three weeks after I got my car the timing belt light came on! Hefty repair! I have also been pulled over FOUR times because the tint on the car is illegal. I was not told that when buying the car so there goes another expense.
The lady’s that work there are very rude and have no kind of customer service AT ALL!
Honestly the list can go on and on about this place. If I could give no stars I WOULD!! Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!! I wish I had!!

Customer representive is very welcoming. David was very knowledgeable and transparent with their pricing and in house financing which is very fair. This is a 5 star local business that cares about their clients!

Went with my daughter car shopping today, she informed them that she was going to get a loan at credit union. They told they would be g lad to finance it, she said no she was more comfortable with her own finance co. It was the teller at Beacon that informed her that Auto Villas cars have slavage titles, not Auto Villa. Had they financed the car, she would not have known until it was paid off and she got the title.

Have been trying to inquire more information on a vehicle for a week I did not get a response. I finally called and was told that they would get back in two day's with the information I asked for. The day came still nothing so I called again only to be told that the vehicle had been sold 1 hour before I called. I was willing to pay in full no bank involved. Thanks for the speedy customer service ?

These mfers sold me a car with a salvaged title i didnt find out until i tried getting insurance through nationwide let alone the book value on the car is only $4800 its a 2009 Nissan altima that they had priced at $13,000. When I got the car my 2 back tires went flat at the same time I made them refund me my money. My brakes was medal to medal when I got the car they swore up and down that it wasn't my brakes I made them refund me my money. When it rain or I wash my car somehow water is getting into my trunk. I will make it my business to make sure that everyone I know don't buy a car from them.
