Good customer service is it hard to find nowadays and I wanted to take time to thank Kim B at AutoZone. It's a rainy day today but Kim wasn't phased and got my system checked and we determined that we needed a new battery. I didn't feel rushed but it was a very quick process and so nice; it was a wonderful experience.

James D. should be Employee of the Millennium! He is always working hard, and he is polite and patient every time I go in. Today the line was almost out the door, and he was the only one checking out customers, smiling, being patient with everyone, and trying to help people in the self-checkout line all at the same time. Give the man some paid vacay time, a raise, and a promotion!

We stopped in this store while out on a family trip. The store manager, Michael W. helped us with our vehicle and we went on our way like we never had a problem. We are extremely thankful for his help and knowledge. Because of him and the staff at this location we were able to continue our trip and get home safely. Thanks Michael!

Michael W (the store manager) is absolutely amazing! My mother-in-law’s car would not move due to the electronic parking brake staying on despite many attempts to turn it off. Michael was willing to drive to Sam’s club to see if there was anything he could do to help. 10/10 recommend Michael for all your car needs! We will definitely be AutoZone customers from here on out!

Wonderful experience at Autozone Riverside Drive. Jersey was incredibly helpful, kind, and quick. I needed a new battery and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Epitome of great customer service from Jersey and the rest of staff that assisted me! Definitely will return with all my car needs.
