I was looking for engine oil fush and the Associated Kesha helped me find the product i was looking for. She was very polite and helpful in making sure that if I needed anymore help to come back and we would be here for any automotive needs in the future.

I'm a day behind in posting this, but I have to share what a pleasant experience I had at AutoZone on Piney Forest yesterday afternoon. I went in to purchase a replacement rear wiper blade for my daughter's car. While I was looking at the blades, a young man with braids asked if he could help me, so he went to verify which blade I needed, and returned to get one for me. I went to the register to pay, and Ashley was working the register. She asked me if I would like her to install the blade on my car, which was a surprise because I didn't know they do that.
Well, my mount was a little tricky and so we went back inside t0 try to figure it out so we weren't freezing to death in the wind. The older man that was working let Ashley know that technically, AutoZone doesn't install read blades, only the front ones because of the different adapters that usually come with the rear blades, but instead of just packaging my new blade back up for me and sending me on my way to figure it out, they both came out to the car and the gentleman completed the installation while showing us how to do it.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. I really felt valued as a customer. I see so many complaints on local forums about the people who may not have the best attitudes, and usually, someone comments about it just being Danville. These employees were all top-notch, so don't believe the narrative that a) Danville workers have bad attitudes, or b) that no one wants to work anymore.

HUGE shout out and thanks to Jay for helping us last week! We were headed to the beach for vacation and our car broke down. We were able to make it to this location where Jay diagnosed the problem, had the part needed in stock and loaned us the tools needed to get us back on the road. Thanks, again!

This is the only AutoZone that I will go to in Danville, VA. The customer service is amazing and they always make sure you leave satisfied. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone to anyone ! Big S/O to J that works here as well! I appreciate all of the help and going above and beyond!

Went to get a battery replaced on my Nissan 370z which was complicated to do but thanks to Jay and Kyman T. For their help they’ve both done a great job, highly recommended. :)
