Super understaffed and the tellers that are here are... Not the most polite. Waited in the lobby for 20min, only to feel rushed at the window.

Better fill your gas tank and get lunch before heading to this bank. Plan a half hour in the drive thru and close to the same in the lobby. It’s unfortunate they have a such a great facility in a convenient location but the customer experience is miserable. There is a ton of potential here but it’s all pissed away when it’s takes forever to cash a check.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and they used to be great as BB&T. After Truist took over branches closed and they are always understaffed. Thirty to forty minutes in a drive through is insane.

Had a check written to me from my lawyer.My lawyer banks at this bank.They refused to cash the check,I guess I wasn't the right color because it was for a large amount,although the check had their name on it and it was where my lawyer bank.Wells wargo referred me because the check had truist on it and I needed my funds right away because I wanted to purchase a car.Spoke with a customer service who was extremely rude to me,lashed out at wells fargo for telling me to come there,like I said I guess I wasn't the right color..Wells Fargo said they could have a least checked to confirm the check because my lawyer bank there,it would have only taken them a little time,the teller at wellsfargo was shocked at how they treated me. Update:to the supervisor teller,black lady with the bold head,the one that would not cash my check.Wellsfargo deposit it for me and it only took one day for it all was available to me.And as I recall you saying,it would take 7 days.Reading all these bad reviews, maybe it wasn't my color ,it seems like your bank is a joke with unprofessional employees with a chip on there shoulder.Just because you are a teller supervisor does not make you superior over others,,show some respect. and treat people with compassion. Remember someone showed that to you and apparently it has made you think you are superior to others,when in reality, you are just a teller.

Very rude teller. Have two accounts there and it is no sense someone being that rude to a customer.

The absolute worst bank there is! They close all branches but one. Move all atms to that one bank. They can't keep the atms working. There is always an issue. Mobile app doesn't work.

Stood in line for forty minutes. 4 tellers were working but 2 were just sitting doing nothing. Terrible customer service. Time for a new bank.

Very slow bank line. You literally have to wait 30 mins on the days checks come out. They have 2 lines open that stretch to the entrance. You talk to someone about it and they brush it off. I also hate they changed their name from BB&T. The staff isn’t friendly at all.

Sat day morning go to my bank drive thur , not working ,go to 2nd bank closed down ,i guess now theres just one truist in Danville Va and its broken , i guess they will tell me when i can have my money,

Went to the Danville Branch on Collins drive on 9/28/22 to make a loan payment. Like usual I sit in the drive through behind four cars in each of the first two lanes near the building, lanes three and four are empty with a closed sign above each. While sitting patiently I witness a woman driving a white Cadillac Escalade with a Va tag# VYC-527_ enter one of the two closed lanes and get her transaction taken care of while the customers in lanes 1 and 2 continue to wait. Did I witness customer privilege?
