The Amazing beauty specialist at Belk in Danville Virginia mall Ashlyn did an excellent job on my daughter's make-up. She took her time was very attentive and really listened to my daughter. My daughter has a lot of insecurities about her acne scars and she really did an extraordinary job of concealing them. I couldn't have ask for a better experience. Even the staff at the Estée Lauder counter had amazing customer service. Definitely the place to go for makeup no one will ever get my business.

There's an upstairs section for the men's apparel and then there's an escalator that brought you downstairs to the women's, children's and jewelry section. Very expensive but then again all name brand clothing etc. Staff can be very pushy when it comes to applying for the store card.

The clerk that waited on me at the check out was extremely rude. My purchase was simple but she she made a big deal because I wasn't sure I had the Belks App on my phone to see the discount on the sale items. While I was looking for the app which I did have she hollered a price at me for the two items. She said she used her app to get the price. I felt the negatively was uncalled for. I am considering making a complaint to the store manager.
