I dropped my jeep off for diagnostics at 8:30am when 4pm came around and I hadn't heard anything I got a ride back up only to see my vehicle had never moved from this morning I went in to pick my keys up because I was not expecting more than a day wait for the diagnostic alone I am disabled and not able to get around well and they had me standing in their office waiting for the keys as the owner and his secretary screamed at me it's first come first serve after he was who scheduled my appointment yesterday do not recommend for anyone especially not anyone who cares about things being done in a timely manner or being treated with respect

I did not lie I was most definitely yelled at everyone outside heard you including my daughter maybe you shouldn't take on more work than you can handle. You shouldn't misrepresent how you manage the cars coming in just to get them in. We'll see what the bbb and the chamber of commerce thinks.

Went in to get an inspection sticker the lady was very friendly and very informative ! Didn’t have to wait long at all they got me all taken care of ! I defiantly recommend this place for any automotive needs you may have !
