Been at the Danville location since 10am, which is the opening time for this location, and unfortunately it is 11:15am and no one is still here. No contact available either. Disappointing since I drove 45 miles just for this hat.

Wanted a patch embroidered on a hat. Was told I had to wait 2 days until the guy that’s “good” at it comes back to work. Paid in advance and was told I’d get a call when done. Called two days later asking if it was done, was told yes. Went to pick it up and it was just ironed on... like I could do at home.... and was told to wait another 30 min to have it embroidered like I originally requested two days ago. Needless to say, I won’t be returning with any more requests.

This place is amazing. I have been going here for about 3 months now and all of my custom made t shirts always turns out great. The whole staff is wonderful and turn around time is amazing.
