My friend buy a phone and the district manager Danielle L charge $100 for earphones and she said don't interested on the offer anyway she charge the $100 she take advantage because she don't speak English and don't notice what she paid..and when we go to the store to to reclaim. For that nobody can help us and the manager was the helper

Shoutout to Elizabeth at the Piney Forest store she went above and beyond to help my father with his new service issue caused the previous day by another employee! She spent her entire shift fixing the problem but at the end the problem was fixed and my father was happy! This lady is very nice,knowledgeable,courteous and positive and deffinately should be promoted at this location!

The Mexican assistant mgr Juan is prejudiced towards African American people and needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY!! Had to file a formal complaint against him and the company not only because of his stupidity in not knowing how to change a phone on an account but because of his blatant disrespect and downtrodden way of treatment received. The oñly reason they received a 1 star is because there are no 0.

Operations manager Lawson felt her personal call was more important than to assist my 72 yr old mother. She shouldn't be given a high rank position when she can't assist in a resolution. Told us to call customer service when I had proof in my hand. Blew us off. My mother & I were told repeatedly to get out of store and told we were banned from VA & NC Cricket stores. My mother only wanted service restored due to Cricket system error of obtaining duplicate payments.

Absolutely worst place that I’ve ever went into in my life horrible customer service they have no respect for the customers the whole time you’re standing there you feel like you’re invisible and then when you finally get to the front they get smart with you and have an attitude Danielle their district manager is the worst the reason why their company is so bad is because they have no management and family members work for each other which is supposed to be against the rules I DONT Recommend switching to cricket
