I wish I could rate them as no stars. They have the sorriest staff and nastiest attitude I ever seen in my life . It takes two days for them to refill a prescription then wanna look at you all crazy when you ask when it’s going to be ready ! 2 days isn’t enough ? For one prescription 20 pills ?

I can't believe the Tucson and Green Valley CVS pharmacies are closed on the weekends. Unbelievable! You close an hour for lunch and now weekends. You guys are in the wrong business because that is no customer service at all! My wife ran out of Chemo nausea medicine and now we have to wait until Monday. She could've have ordered sooner but shouldn't have to worry about it. I am transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy that cares about their customers. You guys suck!

This CVS is nice, and very clean. The only problem I had was with the pharmacist. She was rude, and didn’t seem to care about me. I only came for the COVID-19 shot. It happened on October 18th, 2023 about 3:30pm. Other than that I will go to this CVS at this location again.

This pharmacy has changed completely at first today they said I didn't have a script that was sent 4 days ago then issues filling then lastly they keep closing early and changing hours everyday so I get off work and already closed early afternoons and they call my Dr and try to tell them to change my brand and my insurance say no such thing to me and now I download app it said cost $0 and switch to a different CVS and my insurance covered it and this pharmacy made me pay for my last script!!!!!!!
