Update 29 Nov 2025: Four months ago, I gave this store a glowing 5-star review. Unfortunately, on this day, because of the store manager, this store has gone from HERO to ZERO. When I tried explaining something was wrong with the total rung up, he kept interrupting me over and over. Instead of actually resolving the issue at hand, he changed his story THREE times. I will be reporting the full story of this lousy customer service to DG Corporate, and I'll never spend another penny here.
Great store since the recent remodel and management change. I live about a mile from this location, and prior to the recent management change, I drove 5 or 6 miles to other DGs to avoid the previous manager's horrible customer service and attitude!

Recently remodeled store. It is spacious, clean and now decluttered as it can be. There is still a few roll-tainers but it could be far worse. Overall, very well presented and clean!

They won’t let you add money to cash app despite them having signs advertising that they do the Vanilla loading.. employees are rude when they tell you they won’t do it

The store manager there has no issue with yelling at his female employees in front of everybody and then when people say something about it he yells at the customers

This store is very poorly maintained to be so new...maybe 5 yrs old! Employees complain to each other out loud about customers complaining about them not accepting debt card payments of all things and it happens way to often that something is always wrong with the system then there have been times I've been in the store and they aren't accepting cash or it has to he the exact change ..this store needs some serious upgrading and lessons in customer service
