I had an exceptional experience at Finish Line! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. The store had a fantastic selection of shoes and athletic gear. The checkout process was quick and seamless. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Five stars!

Went to the Finish line and was greeted by Denise when I entered. Told her I was looking for a specific show for my son. They did have it in stock but not in his size she told me don’t worry she could order it online and it would be there in a few days told that was absolutely fine with me. She also showed me other shoes they had while if i didn’t want to wait. Her customer service is so excellent.

I ordered some shoes to be picked up at the store in Danville Mall. The salesperson did not put the correct address on my item and I did not get my package. I paid for the shoes at the store. The salesperson ordered my size off the website to come to the store for me to pick up as I said. According to the package tracker it was undeliverable because the address was not correct. Therefore the salesperson didn't put the correct address for me to pick up at the store per the package tracker. I called the store and the male salesperson who answered was rude and basically said I need to call customer service. I will never buy from that store. It was my first time buying from that store.
