Careless. They mailed my Credit Card to the wrong address and when I called to verify the information they told me to "be patient". Luckily I called back and figured it out and had the card canceled before any fradulant activity took place. The real slap in the face was when Melissa said they would charge me $35 to over night me my card I waited almost a month to get that I still haven't recieved. They wouldn't even take ownship for their own mistake. Poor customer service.

The tellers are SO personal and always remember my name. The woman, Debbie Mitchell who helped me open my account helped me every step of the way.
