The ladies in the cash registir her name Lisa is very racist I m a good customer but she don't like me and every time I went there she said hi to every body only me ,one day she kept throwing the staff on me I feel I want to cry I want to her supervisor and I talk to her she said don't cry we are sorry ,and I think that Ms Lisa she gonna change her attitude with me but she never do that I hope any body from goodwill can talk to her or training her to be nice with the customer .

I never been to a Goodwill before and for it to be my first time it was AMAZING. Me and my daughter LOVED IT. Staff was helpful and nice..We found some nice things. We was able to take our time an look around pretty good store. THANK YOU 😊

This place has really gone downhill! I USED to be able to find a lot of neat stuff at a good price. The past 3-4 times I've left empty handed. Also $200 for a mediocre Christmas tree? Absolute INSANITY!!

I have the worst experience at this store when I visit the cashier lady that has the dreads kind of short has an attitude just towards certain customers it’s like she only over charge when Certain ones come to her register. If you’re going to work around people you have to have respect treat people like you want to be treated not because you have a favorite person you like and treat them with respect only, it’s not fair this makes people not want you helping them or not to mention spending money with Goodwill for the prices you guys have to pricy it’s totally ridiculous come down on your prices. That’s what’s wrong with the world today always greedy towards people y’all have picks and chooses especially towards black folks who’s money is just as good as white folk we are working citizens as well who deserve the dignity and respect that you would want. And for the lady that has an attitude towards certain people you don’t need to be handling no one’s money at the register your attitude stinks I’m not picking on no one we as Americans need to do better work on bending our attitude and watch a change happen you can’t go to heaven with your nose turnt up because you have certain folk you honor , the ones y’all need to watch is the ones getting over on y’all trying to manipulate and run game. This message is for all the staff here not just the lady that has an attitude God is going to deal with this situation. Have a great day Goodwill hope this message touches someone today.

UPDATE - Thank you Roanoke headquarters for your proactive approach with the management team at this location by getting this foyer area cleaned up. The appearance is much improved and it now reflects what our community store should be!!!

This good will has a very large clothing selection. Pants are ACTUALLY organized by size which is such a treat for thrifters , it can't save so much time. Their home items is smaller and was almost bare.

This is a great location, friendly people, good parking, easy donation drop off. Goodwill is WAY too over priced for the inventory being free. I know they aren’t lining the pockets of their hardworking employees. I personally will be taking my donations to the Salvation Army & I encourage you to do the same.

You can find some good finds here and the staff is friendly and is very helpful! We purchased an antique kitchen set and two ladies went out of their way to assist in loading it into my truck.

Prices are alright, individually prices but most of the similar items are the same price. Most shirts/tank tops are 4.99. They have a 14 day *exchange* policy yet their dressing rooms were closed. So, you are unable to see if something properly fits you but you cannot return if it does not fit, you just get store credit. I’ve never been to a Goodwill with returns so I wasn’t expecting that but the fact that the dressing rooms were closed for seemingly no reason seemed like a trap/scheme so you spend more money on more items. The staff was friendly though and the store was very clean and organized with snacks and new small items on the way to the cash register for 1.99 per item or 3.50 for 2. I’ve given 3 stars mainly because if the closed dressing rooms and exchange policy combined. Dressing rooms being open is vital for clothing stores especially when there is not a universal sizing as there are so many different brands.

I have never in my life seen a store try to rip somebody off you have a fitting room but won’t let nobody use it and you won’t do returns !!!! Really I’ve never been into a store who won’t let you get your money back for something you don’t like or want or that’s absolutely horrible you’re basically keeping everybody’s money I bought my son some clothes they wouldn’t let me use the fitting room so he could try them so when I brought them back they didn’t want to give me my money back and it was only 24 hours this place needs to be closed down. I’m definitely calling the Better Business Bureau.!!!

Cute cheap things, I love whoever donated a ton of paper plates/cups, napkins, and tons of other necessities for the people who can't afford them at original prices
