Gold and his team went above and beyond to correct an issue caused by miscommunication with a different Goodyear Service Center. They took complete ownership of a problem that was not their fault by providing service quickly and without hesitation. The Mount Cross Goodyear Service Center should be your only tire, wheel, and alignment service consideration.

Had a nail in my tire, the nail didn't go through the tire. Kim, took care of me, she went above and beyond her duties. Turns the nail didn't go all the way through and I didn't need the service. They are a great team at that service center.
