Phil and Stacey and whoever the unnamed mechanic/technician was saved our day! Goodyear let our family in and luckily had the right tire size replacement for our blown tire.

I just moved to the area, so I didn’t have a familiar car shop to go to for a state inspection. But this place will be my new regular car service place Everyone there: the front desk clerks the person answering the phone and the mechanics were all very kind and I was swiftly in and out of there with no hiccups.

I have used Goodyear tires for my 3 vehicles for over 25 years and at least 20 years of that has been at the Goodyear store on Piney Forest Rd in Danville.
I recently had issues with tires I bought 2 years ago.
Phil is a new manager at this store. He, a floating manager Kimberly, a pleasant young lady at the front desk that I can't remember her name and Chris all did a great job to help resolve the issue. Although most of the previous staff retired the newer ladies and gentlemen working there have ensured that I will be coming back for a long time to come!
As an aside, Amy from the corporate office was instrumental in coordinating everything with the local store!

Stopped in unexpectedly for truck inspection. Greeted warmly, and able to have inspection completed quickly. Tech informed me the brakes MAY require service in about 6 months but no 'pushy' salesmanship. Very pleasant employees!!
