The service of saving time was not the greatest system because there not updating real time . I was told by online check in time 25 minutes and when I arrived for my cut I was told 25 more minutes wait ,so total 50 minutes wait for a cut .please us realtime if people us you online system.Service: Haircut

So I come inside the establishment, I see that there are 3 employees currently in the salon working. 2 employees are cutting on customers. 1 is cleaning up her station. The one cleaning up her station comes to check me in. Nobody else's name is on the waiting list. Never told me her name but it her last name was Knowels or something. I heard her telling the customer that comes in after me that. So after she checks me in I sit back down, while she goes back to finish cleaning up her station. She tells me she'll be with me in just a few minutes. Cool. After I sit down, I ask her if I could use the bathroom. She said "yes, it's the second door on the left." Cool. I urinate, wash my hands then came back out to the front to sit down. While I'm walking towards the front of the store, she's walking a mother and her son towards her chair. She turns and looks at me, hesitates, then looks back at the customer and tells the boy to sit on her chair. As I get to the front, she knows what I'm thinking, I could see it on her face. I say nothing yet, because I wanted to see on the waiting list monitor to see if there are any names before me, thinking the little boy might of had an appointment. Nope, nothing. Still only my name on the monitor. I could tell on the other employees face what they were thinking..I also work in a salon. What's the point of having a wait list if you're not going to honor it. I was in the bathroom not even 2 minutes. That's all it takes to lose your place? Like I said, I also work in a salon. That type of habit will never get returning customers. I simply stood up, said, excuse me, and asked Miss Knowles(I heard her telling her name to the boy while cutting his hair) to take my name off the list and simply left. Obviously money is more important to miss Knowles than customer satisfaction. Be careful if you come here. After signing in, you better not leave your seat for any reason, because you'll lose your turn. And if Great Clips assumes I'm over reacting, I'm sure you have cameras, you can simply rewatch. I work next door, and I have tons of people that ask me my opinion of the, "hair salon/barbershop next door." I'd be doing my customers a disservice if I recommended an establishment that has employees that disregard cordial salon etiquette. Obviously I will never come back here for a haircut. Word of mouth is very powerful. There are better barbershop in the city than this one. My regular barbershop was closed today, but I'll gladly wait next time rather than coming to great clips. I do not recommend.

So pleasant an atmosphere with warm and friendly stylists. I was a visiting out of town traveler in need of a trim and they welcomed me in.

Everything I have been there my haircut or trim was a nightmare. Last time ended up with a mulet & only wanted a trim & thin it out some. I was so embarrassed when I went to a salon next to get it fixed.

Very first time coming here staff and hairstylist was very patient with my son while cutting his hair. Highly recommend - Definitely will come back.

My granddaughter's hair is her pride and joy, she intrusted this place to do a "trim" and they failed her miserably. She ended up with an uneven cut that now has to be fixed by taking more off, something she did not want. So sad and heart sick!!

Visiting from out of town so chose to use Great Clips since I frequent it back home.Went in for a shampoo and flat iron. I was told they couldn't give me that service because they were "short staffed".

1st we tried to go to the one in Danville Va, most the time we have great experiences with the Danville location. We checked in online, and 2 hours passed still wasn’t seen. Walk ins have priority over online check ins is what we was told. So we went to the one in Eden NC And the Eden Location was fantastic! They got us in and out quickly!
