They need more help there. I've been there twice, and never was seen. They are very unprofessional. Hard to get some assistance. I left twice, because it takes sooo...long. I get so discouraged thinking about going there. Terrible!!!

After being there for a while they told my husband to come back later because they wanted to go to lunch first…. In something that takes minutes to do!Also, the kiosk is place right in front of the window so you don’t directly speak to an individual…. It the first time I see this from a Labcorp. I’ve been to other ones that’s not how it’s done. So customer service doesn’t exist?This is how we treat people who pay their paychecks?

Took the wife here to do some lab work. Staff is friendly but they are so slooooooow and somewhat unorganized, its like one person doesn't know what another person is doing. Have been sitting here for almost an hour and 45 minutes and she hasn't been called.

I completely hate having to go to this LabCorp location. I had to drop off some lab work here that I had collected at home. This location is supposed to open at 8 AM. Since I have an hour drive to work, and I find it important to be on time for work I was there at 8 AM so that I could drop it off as soon as they open when I got there the door was locked. A travel nurse was standing outside, knocking on the door saying this is ridiculous. I said yeah because I have to get to work and she said good luck. When I got inside finally nobody will even look you in the face. They just tell you you have to go to the automated check in and check yourself in which is no problem. I did that then the rest of the nurses decided to come on into work and couple of minutes after the opening time I asked them could I please drop this off I'm really in a hurry I have to get to work and they took it but called me later to tell me that their computer system was not home at the time I checked in, but of course it wasn't because no one was prepared to be over at the opening time of 8 AM. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. It is obvious that management at this location does not value the time of the people coming in. It does not feel that it is important to be open at the time they are scheduled to open.

omg the parking area is so small, and ,many office buildings in the one extra small space, me being handycap had to park way up the street and walk because of no parking, why they moved is beyond me. Definitely wont be picking that location again

The personnel who waited on me were very friendly and helpful. My visit went smoothly and I highly recommend LabCorp.

The location was recently moved in August 2020, but nobody changed it on Google Maps. Mildly annoying. What was shocking was the condition of the location - it looks like an inner city methadone clinic. It has floor to ceiling windows to the hallway for people to stare in at patients. I spent thirty minutes watching nurses from doctors offices coming in begging for lab results that were not made available to the ordering doctor in a timely manner. The manager kept telling them no. Can you imagine? Very low class staff and techs.

Lori James is THE BEST at drawing blood . I am terrified of it and was told several years ago about how great Lori is at Labcorp. I ALWAYS have my Drs. to send my orders here just so that she can draw my blood!(Angela was also very good as well but is no longer there) Labcorp needs to do WHATEVER is necessary to keep MS. James because she is the ONLY reason I come to Labcorp. Otherwise, I'd just have to endure my Drs. offices draw the blood! I would follow this woman to the ends of the earth! She is THAT good!

Scheduled appointment online drove 35 miles to get there and upon arrival was told their bathroom is not working so i will need to drove an additional 35 miles to the next facility very inconvenient ended up driving 70 miles from my house because it allowed me to schedule online for a lab they could not preform
