The staff at Lincare-Danville Va. office are amazing. I went to them for help in getting a change in supplies for my sister. I had been trying for two weeks or more on my own working through other avenues, to no avail. Donna and Jerry were quick to see my exasperation and jump in quickly to help me. Within a few hours they had accomplished what I had not been able to do - they had the paperwork finished and fax in to the supply location. The order was placed and confirmed before I ever left the office. The order was received by my sister in just a couple of days. Donna and Jerry knew what and how to get it all done. They truly care for their clientele. Jerry even followed up with me later to see if all was well. They showed wonderful concern for my sister's situation, who while on very limited income, was having to pay for the supplies herself. In a world where customer service seems to be 'old fashioned and hard to find' Donna and Jerry showed me that it was still alive and well at the Danville Lincare office. Yes, there are still people in this world who are compassionate, caring, and exhibit Godly grace to others. So to those who read this, if you are having problems with getting issues solved, go see Donna and Jerry. They will do everything possible to help you. They are wonderful people with caring hearts. 10 stars!!

I just need to let everyone know just how satisfied I am with Lincare here in Danville. The staff and the technicians are not only extremely knowledgeable but friendly and courteous. They have also been very understanding and have gone way above to make sure I have all my equipment and supplies in top working condition . They treat me like a part of their family and not just a client they understand my anxiety and always manage to calm me down while I wait for my technician to arrive. SO THANK YOU ALL AT LINCARE !

My grandma went here and got a breathing machine she was in and out in a jiffy about 15 minutes and the specialist seemed to really care about my grandmas well-being and health.

Def will not ever go back again; poor communication ; turned in request over a month ago , never heard back from them . Staff complained about over worked ; and would get to it when ever ; unprofessional to c/o your job in front of customers; I followed up last wk, and was told , we will call you, no need to call Us . Thankful Danville had alternate choices and was able to get 1 within 2 wks .

Told me one payment billed me for another twice the amount. Have to jump through hoops to get anything you need. Staff is rude and has a how dare you attitude when you ask a question or need something. Go somewhere else dont use these inept people.

Was not a fond experience took 3 weeks to get my machine then when I arrived was told I had to pay extra what my insurance did not pay but they only took debit or credit card no cash ... Had to leave without machine very unprofessional people if I could go lower on stars I definitely would

I get my O2 compressor and O2 waist bag and tanks and they set me up with my home PT machine and diabetic supplies through them. I need O2 all the time, especially at night through my bipap. They've trained me to use all of it and They go the extra mile to get you set up and keep going! They're great! Especially Betty Liberty; she's a CSR. She's very helpful and makes sure you get what you need when you need it.
