“I can't say enough about the good service that I received at this facility. Janie Gammon, made an experience of needing to replace a piece of our internet equipment. Extremely pleasurable. She was knowledgeable about the services, equipment, and so personable that the time I had to spend waiting for her to test the equipment and to go through the process of making sure that everything was functioning, seemed like no trouble at all. I would recommend that if you have to go through purchasing or upgrading any equipment through Verizon, definitely ask for Janie Gammon. She's the best! “I absolutely love shopping at the Danville Mall. It's not something I have time for every day, but I really enjoy it. The walkways are very spacious, and even the stairs/escalators are spacious for anyone with strollers, carts, walkers, etc. My sister and I did some Christmas shopping at the mall this year, and even though I've been here many times I was surprised by how quickly we got through three stores and got our pretzel bites from Monk's. My favorite parts of our mall are the Hallmark Store and Monk's Pretzels. I miss the shoe store and J.C. Penney's, but at least we still have two shoe stores in town (just no longer inside the mall).”
“Our Danville Target location has made a lot of additions and improvements over the past few years. We purchase quite a lot of grocery items here that aren't available elsewhere in our city. The only reason I can't give five stars is because of the huge numbers of plastic bags that are used for every drive-up or pick-up order (with no option to opt out). If Target corporate would give us an option to receive no bags or paper bags, they'd be the perfect retail pick-up experience.”

“Had lots of trouble with another wireless carrier, so went to this Verizon Wireless location on Piney Forest Road in Danville VA. We have lots of devices for business use. Hunter Cassada, the store manager, took up a lot of his time to get us all set. Everything worked great! And he saved us a lot of money on our monthly bill. He also convinced us to switch from another home wifi service to Verizon Home Wifi, and the service is great. I’ve been to this Verizon wireless location several times over the years, and the service is always excellent.”
