Had to return some jeans I bought online, & they were great about the exchange. No problem

This store is always in need of housekeeping. Somebody should be folding at all times. Get them dust bunnies. They stopped hiding.

Friendly staff. Typical Old Navy items and a decent selection of sizes. When I stopped in they didn't have sales on anything I was interested in getting so I did leave empty handed. Overall it wasn't a bad experience.
