While stopping to get fuel, I couldn’t help but to notice a severely leaking pump. I could see that someone addressed the problem by spreading chemical absorbent around the pump in an attempt to contain the leak, which is not an acceptable solution to such an environmental hazard. I then informed the cashier that there is a prominent leak at the pump, and it would be considered an environmental hazard for such a leak to take place. He then informed the maintenance man while I saw eating lunch at Arby’s. The maintenance man then approached me at Arby’s to hear further details before promptly leaving to handle the problem. I appreciated their sense of urgency at the time.

I stopped at this Pilot for fuel and a cup of coffee. After fueling my semi, I went inside to get coffee. Right away, the place gave a bad first impression—there were small flying insects buzzing around the sink area. When I went to get creamer for my coffee, I saw the same insects around the creamer machine. I hesitated for a moment, disgusted by what looked like flying maggots, and nearly decided to walk out. But I went ahead and poured the coffee anyway.
At the checkout, I told the cashier I had a refill. She told me it was $3.03 for a medium mug refill, which surprised me, but I paid and left.
After getting back on the highway, I went to take a sip of the coffee—only to immediately spit it out. It tasted completely spoiled, most likely because the creamer had gone bad, which would also explain the insects.
That was definitely my last time getting coffee at a Pilot. Not only was it overpriced, but it was also disgusting and unhygienic.

Small parking for semi trucks, not more than 25, if you coming for parking. Half of the spots are for reserve parking. It's one of the smallest pilot travel stop I have ever seen.

I understand paying for parking
$18 is a little bit steep, but the parking lot is kind of small so it’s understandable.
Meanwhile, I’m in the ladies room and I have men barge in there twice while I’m in the bathroom. This is not OK.
Edited to say that this was one male employee who came in there twice in less than two minutes. I feel violated.
Management needs to get a hold of me

Late parking last night there were no spots staff were nice. James, Shavonn and security gard Lee Let me park on the side of the road woke up in the morning. The truck would not start been sitting in the pilot all day. The employees here were very kind especially night shift and day shift Angela checked on me all day until her shift was up. 1/19/2025

If your thinking about it dnt it’s a pilot 10 miles dwn the road. The staff here stole my husbands $4,000 ring, we showered and left it on the sink and wen we can back to get it no one had a clue.. mind u management said the crime rate was high wen we told him about our experience this isn’t a safe place to stop I dnt care how tired u are it’s a pilot few mile up!!! Trucker to trucker after 14 hours of driving yes we are tire and may do something like this but we can’t be safe where we stop n spend hundreds of dollars for gas money and shower ? Not cool

I was at this pilot around 9:15 am. None of the staff said good morning. They just stared at us. There was an African American woman with a hat on at the counter. My husband said good morning to her twice, she just stared at him but she refused to speak. The women’s bathroom had a sign on it saying that it was being cleaned and it would b ready in 5 mins. Myself along with other women waited and waited and some women eventually left after 10 mins. I knocked on the door to ask if it’s possible to use one of the shower bathrooms instead but to my surprise no one was in the bathroom and it was not being cleaned. The toilets were filthy. I left and called later and asked for the manager to report the bad customer service and she couldn’t care less. She refused to give me the number to corporate. The pilot is already dirty and to have rude staff as well, that’s atrocious.

This place is quite dingy.
The women's restrooms have not been touched up at all in the about 18 hours that we've stopped here.
I rarely say this, but with the exception of very few employees, everybody else working here seems to not be giving a dime about this place.
Also, reserved parking is enforced.
