Isaac and Justin came out and installed our cable/network. Absolutely amazing gentleman. Very polite and informative. I highly recommend that if you have any issues with Riverstreet, that you ask for these 2 gents specifically. They definitely know what they're doing when it comes to this stuff. Our internet was working perfectly until it changed to Riverstreet Networks. Now it's super slow and sporadic and doesn't work half of the time. We were hoping to start an online business but until we can find a better network provider we're at a stand still. I'll be so happy when our contract is over with.

Since river street took over I cannot get any tech support. I call and get someone that says someone will contact me and get nothing. I still have basically no internet for over a week. But I'm sure I won't get credit for not having service that I pay for. Wish there were more options. Maybe Elon or Amazon will be better in the future

Honestly, I thought things were supposed to get "better" with the larger company my former ISP was sold to. Sadly, things have only gotten worse. Three ETA for onsite given over 2 days, no one ever showed. No call back no feedback as of yet.

They're wired service is affected by bad weather like it's satellite based, my phone with zero reception is faster and more stable...this is suppose to be "fiber optic" internet...I'd rather go back to Fairport and they're DSL....we have the most expensive package they offer and it can't handle more then 1 device using it at a time...simply having a ps4 and PC on at the same time grinds the net to a hault no downloads, nothing playing or streaming just the devices being turned on....10/10 do not recommend

Horrible place to do business with. They change the cost of your service whenever they like and give no reason for it. Only reason anyone used them is because they have no other options.

When it was Gamewood, billing and tech support were "ok" to deal with. Since Riverstreet took over its been horrible! We were never sent notification about rates being increased. Normally I dont complain about such nonsense, but when we Finally received the bill from them I called and asked questions. The woman kept putting me on hold, she couldnt tell me anything without asking a supervisor. I asked about upgrades to the tower and their equipment, as it is outdated. Our signal has gotten really bad to the point we changed out our modem and re-wired. I was told, no upgrades or changes at this time! I live in the county and not many options, I feel like we are being taken! No more.
