This store is supposed to be open 24 hours but I stopped there last night to get something and use the restroom. After leaving the inside of the store and returning to my car I ended up in a phone call before leaving the parking lot. After completing my phone call I went to leave and all of the entrances and exits were blocked off with caution tape. So I went to one of them and started untying it so I could leave with the intention of tying it back. An employee came out the door of the store and started yelling at me that I can't be untying it. I asked how I was supposed to get out. She stated that I should have left when everyone else was asked to leave. I told her that no one approached me about leaving. She also stated that they close every night for a couple of hours. According to the website and Google they are open 24 hours. Something is not right about it. She was very rude to me so I just got back in my car and left. I definitely will not be stopping there again.

Every time I clock out for lunch pull in and order my food I have 30 minutes of lunch when I receive my food I don't get to eat since it's time to clock in my job and work don't recommend ordering food here good food but every employee is slow and not in a hurry for a customer and I work in customer service field

Why is the music so freaking loud. You can't even think straight in there. Also food is never right and after seeing workers that prepare the food walk right out the bathroom without washing hands. Never again will I order food ?

I come in everyday and purchase coffee. Sometimes it is a real mess in there and the associates do not seem to have motivation to stock the missing items or to clean up the mess. I do much agree that the customers should be less messy but the appearance of the storefront is important especially for potential new customers coming through. Sheetz has excellent coffee. If the employees cared a little more, then it would be a great experience coming in there.

Great people. Great products. Do not order with the app and have it delivered. I’ve ordered from the Sheetz app many many times and every time they forget to package food items, sometimes skipping entire meals. There’s no way to dispute the missing items on their app so I’ve been out of luck every time I’ve missed something from my delivery. I’ve attempted to call several times in the past but no one picks up the phone at this location, sending me to a voicemail that isn’t accepting messages. I won’t be using the Sheetz app anymore for the Danville location.
