Have been by this store 3 times trying to get a billing issue resolved. Have the business service with T Mobile, added a second line in April of 2023. My cpa advised me in December that I was being charged twice monthly. Employees have blamed it on my bank, when it was caused by T Mobile not setting my account up correctly. Have asked the manager to contact me about this, 4 weeks later, still nothing. Calling their customer service number is a complete waste of time. Sorry customer service at its best. It's a shame it took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get this mistake corrected. After my contract is over, I'll never do business with this store or company again.

I went to this store to drop off a trade in phone and showed the rep one of many emails saying I could do this in store. The rep denied that he could process the trade in and sent me away. This happened in front of the store manager who did nothing. Later on when I left a complaint elsewhere she claimed they just did not know they could accept trade ins. My problem with this explanation is that I showed the rep the email and the rep said that several people came in trying to leave trade ins and all had been sent away. Why did it take my complaint to spur anyone to learn about policy? What other policies are they just ignoring at this store? Avoid.

Bought a phone temporarily with the intent to return it once my other tmobile phone came in. The manager herself even knew that. I bought a phone Saturday with the intention of returning it Wednesday or sooner.Tuesday rolls around, and I go to the store to return it. This sales person by the name of Jose has me standing there for 30+ minutes waiting on the managers ok to allow the refund even though I told him the manager knew and was ok with it. After making me stand there for that long, they finally dent my refund. They say it was damaged, but I only used the pin they included with the phone to pop out the Sim card. So, I was out of 200 dollars, and they made me waste my time for no reason. Thanks Jose, really appreciate that.

Had a phone transfer too another t mobile phone. Joey Del Popolo is the one to deal with very helpful and takes all the time needed to help his customers

I wish I got the girl's name that helped me so much while I was there but she and the manager were wonderful. This was at the Coleman Marketplace Tmobile store.

Recently wanted to switch from Verizon and needed some convincing because I was satisfied but sought something new.We walked into the store and a very unruly customer was "talking" to a representative. I must say the professional demeanor of the representative who I learned later was Lawrence was admirable...I know I couldn't have dealt with it..but after seeing how Lawrence handled made me and my fiance want to wait and see what T mobile had to offer....Long story short fast forward 2 months and a couple of tech issues /misunderstandings Lawrence has been our champion always going above and beyond to see the problem through even if was our own fault..just like the day we first met Lawrence his customer service is top notch and it would serve T-Mobile greatly if he was placed in a higher position

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had from a set of “customer service” representatives. If I could leave zero stars, I 100% would. Absolutely pathetic mannerisms and no respect for customers.
