Disheveled, unorganized, and terrible customer service. Whole sections of the store were empty or had mismatch items. Shoe section and clothes were on the floor everywhere. Had an item refused to be returned for even store credit.

Store is under going some remodeling. Restrooms were out of order. Prices are fair, but not the best. Multiple shelves were empty. (I think due to remodeling) Lady ringing me up really seemed that she really didn't want to be there. I understand not wanting to be at work, but you really should put on a poker face.

Would not complete a Cat & Jack return on 3/25/25 at 11am. Said they’re not supposed to return items if they’ve been used regardless of receipt BUT that is not the Cat & Jack Policy. Highly disappointed.
