“Sam's has a great price on tires, and the staff did a great job installing and balancing my tires. They got started on time and had me out of there with 4 new tires and tire pressure sensors within a few hours. When I purchased the tires online, I didn't see an option to replace the tire pressure sensors. Fortunately, there was no one behind me for another appointment, so they upcharged me around $180-200 to replace the 4 sensors and respective valves. Guy had to grind one of the valves off, as it seemed to weld itself together. I suspect this was the failed TPS causing my light to stay on. I'm just glad the light is off now. Only complaint I have is I offered to pull my car into the garage because it's a manual, and the guy tells me he's got it. Red lines the car and slowwwwllllyyy lets out on the clutch. I was livid! This is no way to learn to drive a stick. Do that on your own time at a CarMax or something, bro. I trusted this guy with my baby, and all I could smell was my clutched getting incinerated by this idiot! I'd do Sam's for tires again, but under the condition I drive my own car into the garage. Otherwise, great experience.”
“My tires were wearing unevenly and I was having bad vibrations when on the highway. Stumbled across reviews for Loftis and decided to trust them for some new tires and an alignment.Having automotive issues is stressful. Worrying about damage to your vehicle, vehicle breaking down, and then concern with what repairs will cost. So having friendly salespeople and technicians is very much appreciated and goes a long way to alleviating some of that stress. Loftis knocked it out of the park in this regard. The young salesman (wish I could remember names better) immediately helped me when I entered. Within just a few minutes he was ordering my tires and I was dropping my car off.Even as a walk-in they got my car taken care of same day. Everyone was friendly and prices are fair. I just left from picking my car up a short while ago but so far it is handling much better and definitely riding smoother.Highly recommend Loftis for any tire-related issues you may have. They will definitely be who I trust for any future tire needs.”

I now currently live in Naples, Florida but maybe in the area in a couple of days so I may have him do some stuff to my 2024. Ram 3500 crew cab long bed dually 4x4. But yeah, Smith Davis will take good care of you and their prices are reasonable. And the interesting thing is it's like they know my name whenever I walk in old school but good school!!”

“It was a little pricey. The first estimate was way too much, but somehow they were able to reduce it by almost half. It made no sense to me. The service people were very very nice, no problem there at all. I was just surprised at the estimate, the amount they were able to reduce it made it seem very scammy.”
