The people that work here are very slow and incompetent! They mailed my wedding items wrong and late. They don’t know what a return label is or how to create it. Fascinating! They will just say no they don’t do it if they don’t how to do the process because they are slow. Please go to ANY other post office but this one. The front desk employees are very challenged and confused about the simplest requests, which is very disappointing considering the USPS is particularly important for our day to day lives and businesses.

I've never had a problem here. They take the time to patiently assist each customer. However, they are usually busy and don't seem to have enough clerks.

As an eBay seller, beware these crooks. Twice have held a customer's package up over extra postage when care was made to ensure more than enough postage was included. They are crooks. TO THE CLERKS HERE, PLEASE REVIEW THE AGREEMENT THE USPS HAS WITH EBAY IN REGARDS TO ESUS ENVELOPES. You don't have to the right to arbitrarily charge more. There is actually an agreement in place with eBay on these envelopes.

I have the rudest mail lady on my route. I have a house dog ,very sweet.I take her out on a secured lease to enjoy a little fresh air.The mean mail lady hates my dog.When I see her coming,I will quickly bring my dog in,she comes at different times,so I try not to have her out at all.One particularly day I'm out with my dog,I see my mail lady flying down my street Allison Drive,a residential area,I didn't know those little mail trucks could go so fast,i thought the truck was going to turn over when she made her u turnAnyway I quickly bring my dog in as she makes a u turn and stops at my neighbors house directly across from mine.Im waiting for my mail after putting my dog in the house,she ignores me,get back in her truck and did not give me my mail .I knew I was getting mail because I looked at my mail app.I called to complain, supervisor was also rude,but then finally stated she would have a talk with her,I understand mail people do not like to deal with dogs because of safety, but never once had my dog ever not been restrained when outside and never once have I not ever brought her in for courtesy of the mail lady.She is so rude and mean that I'm surprised she's even afraid of my dog.My dogs name is cutiepie and she's a sweetheart.

They have basically deleted my address due to my neighbors dog running lose in the neighborhood all my mail has been returned to sender they suck.

Awful service. The only positive thing about this post office is the convenience to drop mail. The service from 95% of staff is pathetic. Stood for 30 mins waiting for a supervisor without being helped and had to go to another post office to complete the necessary service.

Beautiful and clean facility plenty of options for packaging. Fast and very nice employees. Very spacious aswell.
