Exceptional Service from Brian, Trey, and Hunter at Verizon Wireless!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Trey, Brian, and Hunter—the dream team at Verizon Wireless! I came in needing multiple changes to my account, expecting a complicated and time-consuming process, but they made it completely seamless.
Each of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and correctly. They communicated clearly, worked swiftly, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative energy truly set them apart.
Thanks to their outstanding service, I left with everything set up perfectly—fast, stress-free, and with total confidence in my new setup. Verizon is lucky to have such knowledgeable and customer-focused team members!

I have always loved Verizon. One of the most dependable for cell phone service. Everyone seems to be pretty knowledgeable about the phones and service.

I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door. It took a while to take care of my complicated request, but the man who helped me was patient and kind. He was able to complete the task I had been wanting to do for years. He even let me know of possible discounts for my phone lines. I left feeling very satisfied. The right person helping me made all the difference.

The service and knowledge of their staff is truly excellent. Very patient and thorough in helping us update from old iPhone 7 to latest iPhone 16 pro max- Brian excels in his skills but I also observed how the other salespeople were assisting customers with same degree of professionalism whether they came in to pay a bill or came in vexed about a problem, the salesperson stayed with the customer to resolve it and followed up.

Hunter Cassada was my rep. He was EXTREMELY helpful- spent around an hour trying to figure out what was wrong. I have been in this same store before with little help so I really appreciated his service.

This review is a long time coming. I just happened across Jason’s card and had to leave him a review regardless of time passed. Jason went out of his way to make getting a new phone easy and enjoyable. He was personable, funny and could also take a joke. He found out I was being charged for an iwatch that didn’t have cellular and took care of getting my refund and getting me a new watch. I was giving my old phone to my sister and he took the time to transfer all of her stuff from her old phone to the one I was giving her. He was just selfless and a true joy to spend two hours with.

Me and my family recently came in and got new iPhones and changed our plan with the help of Jason, and he was outstanding! He kept it simple and knew exactly what we needed and it was a pleasure to work with him. And on top of that, while I was there my air tag fell out of my pocket in the parking lot and I didn't notice it was gone until this past Friday! So when I used "Find Me" to locate it it showed up near the Verizon store on the map. I called Jason and he said he had it! He noticed it in the parking lot and kept it at the store in case someone came looking for it. That what's real customer service looks like. I Iive in Eden and we have a store here, but I'll drive to Danville every time from here on out!
