My Wife & Daughter went this store today to get a phone replaced for my daughter. The manager was rude and not helpful at all. The brand new phone would not connect to their WiFi and she basically said that was an “Us” problem and we could set the phone up at home. But we did not want to leave until we knew everything was transferred to the new phone. The Manager did not offer any help and with connecting nor did she attempt to answer any questions concerning the transfer since we were not paying the $44 fee. Long story-
short, at this location, good Customer Service comes with a $44 service fee 🤔. Welcome to Danville 🥴.

The staff was extremely courteous, knowledgable and patient while assisting me with a new phone and transferring my extra large data . I had a very short wait - actually just a minute or so - which was a big bonus as well .
