Had lots of trouble with another wireless carrier, so went to this Verizon Wireless location on Piney Forest Road in Danville VA. We have lots of devices for business use. Hunter Cassada, the store manager, took up a lot of his time to get us all set. Everything worked great! And he saved us a lot of money on our monthly bill. He also convinced us to switch from another home wifi service to Verizon Home Wifi, and the service is great. I’ve been to this Verizon wireless location several times over the years, and the service is always excellent.

only reason I am giving a 5 star is due to Amber Poole, her perseverance helping set up my Apple watch for my father in law was commendable. She spent hours over 3 days talking to an inexperienced tech support who did not have much knowledge on the either the Apple, Samsung, or Verizon watch. Amber initially gave me the wrong watch, but it was her professional handling to remedy that prompted this review.

Very pleasant staff. I had just gotten nailed by two other providers but the staff here made things as easy as possible, including porting my number. (NB: Boost took my money and never provided a minute's worth of service.)
