A bank that does not care about its customers. I opened my account upon moving to Virginia a little over 5 weeks ago and signed up for overdraft protection. 3 days ago when my truck broke down I attempted to use my overdraft protection unsuccessfully might I add because I knew that I would be receiving a stimulus check and my account would be brought into the positive once it's deposited. rather than being understanding in the current economic climate they decided to close my account because I attempted to withdraw money from my account that I did not have yet even though I had signed up for overdraft protection. now I will have to go back on the IRS website and change all of my information so that I can receive a paper check which is going to take even longer. I understand that banks have regulations and rules that they have to go by but the woman that I spoke to acted like I was a thief in the night even though I have documentation showing that I will be receiving a stimulus. She had zero empathy and even snickered and thought it was funny that I was upset.

Here frequently and super friendly staff with quick and easy to talk to service. It's odd that this location is tucked away and no one sees it. The only Virginia bank and trust open on Saturday :)
