Good prices if you’re into processed foods. Produce section isn’t nearly the quality as competitor chain stores such as Kroger in Martinsville. Most of the employees are very helpful with some exceptions like Gloria who is either busy doing nothing or busy causing problems. They stock the store using huge, heavy industrial pallet carts while customers are shopping which is dangerous. One day, Gramma is gonna get run over by one so they gamble with customer safety.

I purchased an OTC dietary supplement. Returned two hours later because I had purchased the wrong item. Item was sealed and I had the receipt showing I had purchased it at that store. I was told I could not return the item due to the store MANAGER'S policy. This was despite the statement on their website that this item could be returned within 90 days. I was told I could take it to the other Danville location and return it, just not the Nor Dan store. I questioned this policy and was introduced to the next shining example of management up the corporate ladder. Meet Dylan. I made it a point to ask his name since he had his ID badge turned around backward so it could not be read. We go through the same process. I demanded to be shown in writing that my return was denied. He withdraws behind the wall at customer service (their term, not mine) and returns with several printed pages with multiple lines highlighted in yellow. He selected the first lines that he intended to quote to me, then paused to review. He reread the information and looked at the item I was returning. Oh yeah, I guess you can return that. He then processed the return of my final purchase at Walmart Neighborhood Market.

There is no bathroom anywhere in this facility!
What has this world come to when not even a Walmart can guarantee a bathroom!?
One of these days I'm going to run for Congress and pass a law against practices like this.

Love the pharmacy and grocery pickup. Also the guy that works where the Ensures / Equate Protein Shakes is really nice and always asks me if I need anything every time I’m there. He’s a hard worker.
