I went there today and the blonde, female bank teller with a buzz cut at the back had an attitude and didn’t seem like she wanted to help. The service here sucks, and the people are rude and useless. Talking to them is like talking to a doorknob. Shut this trashy, classless place down.

Wellsfargo is one of the worst banks in the world I have been with them since 2016 .I had to close my account and retirement accounts .Now I'm about to pay off my credit card with them and cut it ..I have given them the benefit of the doubt but this morning after seeing the disclosure to increase your credit card by one hundred dollars they have to do a credit check . This is ridiculous .I said no thank you .what I look like .. They lose my business.They lost a lot of business threw out the years . Wellsfargo won't last too many years .They are not up their with Chase bank . Unsatisfied customer.I will tell all my family that have credit card about this one

This branch is a joke! The employees that work here are rude, not helpful at all, hurry you along and are not friendly nor care about you. It's like you are a number and hurry along and get out of here. I came here to get a replacement credit card, had an appointment, when I booked the appointment the lady advised me to go ahead of the line and let the attendant at the door know you were here for an appointment and give her your name, she would get you in ASAP, well that's exactly what I did and the rude girl just ignored me and took other folks before me that did not have an appointment so obviously I was late to my appointment, thank you rude employee at the door. Once finally entering I was not greeted, just told where to go, I sat down and the process took place, I still felt like I was a number and no one cared. After that process I had to cash a check that had my name on it and my mother, my name was first, my mother had signed, agreed for me to do whatever I would like. The employee refused to cash it or deposit it, advised that my mother had to be there.....funny thing is when I go to other branches they cash the check or deposit it with no problems, no questions. I have been banking here for about 10 yrs now and this branch makes me want to move money out of here. Of course I was not happy and of course the employee did not care nor try to give me further reason. Yea I know banks have policies but why do the other branches cash a check or deposit it with my name and my mothers name.....Doesn't make any since!!!!! Like I said I am most definitely reconsidering moving banks and will not recommend this branch to any of my family and friends. I went through three different employees and they all three were rude!!! What ever happen to customer service!!!! Obviously it skipped a beat here..... Glad I don't live in this area and was just down to visit family!!!!

I am a veteran and was refused service of getting my check cashed because apparently, a Government issued veteran ID is NOT a valid ID
