Worse customer service/ setup experience I’ve ever had. I have moved over 21 times and in different states, by far the worst experience. You can’t get anyone on the line. I’ve had service cancel itself 3 separate times and tried to get refunded for the charges. I’ve had 0 luck getting anyone on the phone. Everyone says “not my department” and the store says “we can refund anything”. Not 1 American person has answered the phone and not 1 person has directed me to a department that answers the phone. I would not recommend and would not waste my time. I’ve spend over 6 hours trying to get repetitive services setup and someone to help. 0 luck in person or on the phone. They suck.

Friendly staff, very crowded. Waiting time was a while. Maybe more staff personnel would help. I went back to Xfinity the other day, this time I made an appointment for Monday. I was seen as soon as I got there, the young Lady who waited on me was the most knowledgeable and Friendliest out of all the places I been.

After having xfinity installed i was told after paying 25 that there were no more installation fees. 3 days after they changed me an additional cost of 100 for installations fees. While having service there were regular interruptions with my service. I called for them to only tell me they were doing maintenance on the lines....which seemed like every other day. I then had brightspeed installed at the same time as my xfinity. Not only did I get better service from xfinity its also a flat rate. Xfinity on numerous occasions pulled extra funds from my account. After driving to a service store and speaking with management, noone ever called me back after turning in my service and equipment. Due to me stopping payments, xfinity tried to also charge me a return fee of 65 dollars.it was also near impossible to reach an agent as they also have a chat that is equally as awful to address your concerns. With both internet in place I found that xfinity didn't provide the 2g service I was paying for....matter a fact it was reading just a lil over 1g. I highly recommend brightspeed or any other service than xfinity.

I've been having problems with my cable and then my remote. I went in to get a new remote and when I told them about my problems, they sent me home with a new box, too. The picture quality is finally 4K and everything is working better now. The only thing it cost me was the time it took to go to the store and wait my turn with an agent.

Transferred services over a month ago to my new house. Services was interrupted for a week. They are still charging me for my old address which I have not been there in one month. I have talked with two people about getting my mobile account switched to my new address and still is not taken care of. I’ve been to the Danville store to take care of this and still not resolved. Have been on the phone hours with different representatives and issue is still not solved. They have said they’re gonna call me back and never do.

I rate this company a one because it seems like the WiFi is never working like it’s suppose to. I pay for high speed data or so that’s what they tell me. We were paying for high speed data for almost two years until we realized the service was getting worse, when we went in to tell them about the service we had and how much we pay they told us that we were never switched over to the high speed data even though we were paying the high speed data price like be serious and pay attention to the people you hire. I wanted to end the relationship with this company but since my spouse had been dealing with the company for so long he wanted to give this place a chance. I hardly use the WiFi because it’s so slow and takes forever just to load so I’m forced to use my cellular data. Then we started experiencing break ins in our neighborhood so we decided to invest into cameras to be on the safe side which i wish I would have never gotten through this company because one of our cameras got cut down while we were trying out a different home security through another company but the company who cut the cameras did replace the camera but when that happened we went to Xfinity to get it back hooked up and they told us that they didn’t have anything to do with it and we would have to call another company to hook it back up, anything dealing with our security xfinity has no answers to our questions but they sale them in the store so we called the number that they told us to call only for the technician to lie and say he came out to our house and no one was home, how did he know we weren’t home when nobody called nor knocked on the screen door? They don’t give you a specific time to let you know when they are coming they just say between 8-10 is when they will be by to fix the cameras. The technician rescheduled with us and it took three weeks for him to come. I would be better off going to get a camera system off Amazon at least it’s cheaper and more reliable because when the power goes out so does the cameras we got through Xfinity also the picture is not that clear which is crazy considering how much they charge for just ONE camera. Lastly for the past three weeks the service has been lagging to the point that every 20 minutes the tv has to pause and load up before it plays again. Please don’t tell me the satellite is the problem because it doesn’t stop this company from pushing up the prices. I pay almost 200 hundred dollars for not even decent equipment and decent service.

Rude staff, waited almost an hour just to find out the didn’t have my equipment after the man on the phone said it would only take a moment if i go to the store. Will be canceling.
