What truly sets this shop apart is the exceptional customer service. Jordan, the owner, dedicates significant time to each customer—he answered all my questions, educated me on different setups, and made sure I had the chance to try out several options before making a decision.
I initially visited for a repair on my Lectric XPeak, which was completed quickly and flawlessly. While there, I explored their eMTB options, and Jordan guided me to the perfect bike for my needs at an unbeatable price. The new bike was meticulously set up before I left, ensuring a fantastic first ride.

Jordan provided excellent customer service. His product knowledge is outstanding and the shop is well equipped with a great assortment of bikes and accessories. One of our bikes needed to be assembled and it was available on time as promised. Prices are reasonable.

I have shopped at MHB for over 15 years. I recently bought a new bike there. They just keep getting better. Their expertise and desire to get the right person in the right bike is second to none. Jordan has evolved into a fantastic expert who wants to see you in the right bike for you. MHB's online system is pretty incredible for a small bike shop. Their extensive inventory is all on line and more like what you would expect from a big city bike shop. They have nearly every accessory you could possibility want for your bike. I couldn't be happier with the service and the match making that Jordan did for me and my new bike and accessories.
