Based on the reviews, Valley Meat Processors Inc. is a clean butcher shop with a friendly front of store employee. They offer wonderfully cut and packaged beef for very reasonable prices. The vacuum packed ground beef is a huge space saver in the freezer. A full cow was rated a 10 out of 10, with fantastic T-Bone, good hamburger, and amazing cubed steak. Everything was frozen solid, packed well, and ready when told. However, one customer noted that a request for ribs on the cut sheet was not fulfilled, despite expecting ribs from a full cow. It is only open to people who have beef there.

We had a full cow done up, I'd give them a 10 out of 10....
On another note, we requested ribs on the cut sheet but didn't receive not one package of them.
I don't know anything about this side of it but I would think a full cow would give you some ribs.

Wonderfully cut and packaged, for very reasonable prices. The vacuum packed ground beef is a huge space saver in the freezer vs tubes.
