My grand daughter was Britten by another toddler one week and was told they would be separate only to turn around next week and be Britten again by same toddler. I don’t think they have very good protocols dealing with bitters. The way it sounds as if the toddler getting bite is at fault. When talked to it sound like it pushed off. The Director is too busy to make time to address this. Was advised busy with meetings. My grand daughter will not be going back.Added: I get it some toddlers bite but the should be protocols in place for biters. Most toddlers just don’t start biting overnight. There has to be a pattern. I’m sure she wasn’t the only one bitten but to happen a second time now that was wrong. And by same toddler.

My older son used to go here and now my younger son does and I am able to rest easy and focus on my job, knowing that he is being taken care of. The staff is wonderful and you can tell that they all genuinely care about the kids

My daughter was bit two times in a week and it seems like they are blaming my daughter and there seems to have no protocol for bitters

I absolutely love this daycare. While I've had concerns in the past they have always been addressed and resolved immediately. I guess the one issue that I have is when I tried to register my son this summer, I was told someone would call me back but after not receiving a call I reached out only to find that they were at capacity. It made me feel as if my child was not welcomed. So now I'm on a hunt to find a trustworthy center. If you can get in they'll definitely take care of your child but you have to be on top of follow-ups and ask the right questions.

I really was excited to find this place since it was in the county and close to my home. My 3 year old went here for 6 months and during that time I never knew what he did all day nor did I see anything come home so I could reinforce what he was learning. I asked the staff whether I could get feedback at least weekly and it never happened. I was told that they were working on a new app and it would come but it never did. The app which has great potential was launched but only to accept payments. My son’s teacher while really nice, could not tell me what curriculum she was following so I moved him to a preschool and I’m receiving daily updates on what he is learning and what they will be doing in the coming weeks. I think I was under the impression that Angels at Play was a preschool but they are not. They also need to get better with having a more organized environment. I never received a parent handbook although I asked for months. They seem to be overwhelmed.

Literally the best childcare around. During covid when we couldnt find childcare, they fit my two kids in. They actually care for your kids and not just keep them alive unti you pick them up. I 100% recommend them.

My great-granddaughter has gone there since she was born and has thrived. Diane and her staff have navigated the children through this horrible COVID19 experience in a professional, caring, and healthy environment. They have been outstanding!!!! Several of my friends have children and grandchildren there and love it!

Always loved it here, unfortunately the wait list are long and unless you call constantly you're slot will not be held.

My grandchildren go to this daycare and love it. One granddaughter even asked that I not pick her up until after lunch because she didn't want to miss the morning's fun and games. I have picked them up often and attended many functions there. I have observed that the staff is very loving and kind treating each child as if they were their own. When there is a problem in a child's family they do what they can to help.I highly recommend this Child Care Center

As a former school psychologist, my wife and I place a lot of value in the education and care of our children. All three of our children are at Angels at Play with our oldest being there the last six years. As a parent who has interacted with all of our children’s teachers, I have never experienced anything but the utmost in professional behavior. In fact, the norm for Angels at Play staff is to go above and beyond and there is a theme of them being loving for our children while keeping them safe. Our children love going there and all of them have been very attached to their teachers. Finally, I felt that the education our daughter received put her leaps and bounds ahead of other children when she entered Kindergarten. Angels at Play continually exceeds our expectations and our family feels blessed to have them and Diane Harrison overseeing the daycare for our children.

I find it hard to put into words how grateful I am for the Angels at Play Child Care Center. I visited roughly 10 area daycare facilities before coming across Angels at Play, and I wouldn't have left my child at any of them. From the moment I walked in to Angels at Play I just had a feeling that I was in the right place, almost an "at home" feeling. The staff is truly amazing and provides a fun and safe place for children to learn and grow. They provide healthy structure but are also accommodating with any special requests or needs you may have for your child. My daughter talks about her teachers as if they are family and says often that she wants to go see them on weekends! She also runs to give her teacher a hug when I pick her up in the afternoon. I have every faith that she is getting the best of the best care at Angels at Play. There is always something fun and exciting going on at the center, over and above the normal range of daycare activities. I am constantly seeing where they hosted special visitors or enjoyed special entertainment (like magicians, jugglers, the Swader Gator, library representatives, just to name a few). You can tell the owner and her staff has a true passion for what they do. To sum things, I am only giving Angels at Play a 5 star review, because 10 isn't an option!

As a working mother, I have an enormity of “mom guilt” with family decisions but I absolutely believe I made the best decision for my three children in choosing Angels at Play. My husband and I also do not have any extended family in the area and over the past 6+ years the Angels at Play staff have become like a second family to us. They have been loving, kind, dependable, and professional. Additionally, Dianne Harrison Jones (owner) has shown to be honest, trustworthy, personable, and invested in the children. Angels at Play Childcare Center has been nothing short of a genuine blessing to my family.

Making the decision to put the care/safety/developmental needs of your child in someone's hands other than your own is a huge decision. My daughter Ally has been with Angels At Play since she was 2 1/2. Everyone at Angels At Play has become an extension of our family. Not once have I ever been concerned about Ally's well being. Ally started 1st Grade this year and continues to go to Angels at Play for after school care and for Summer Camp. Having a peace of mind while at work that your child is being taken care of is what Angels At Play gives you everyday. I highly recommend Angels At Play.
