My van needed alignment and two new tires.
Dropped my van off on Monday morning and it was done that afternoon.
Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back with all my automotive needs.

Was on a road trip back home and my car kept randomly shutting down. Had to pull into the closest exit in this town called Dinwiddie. Dewitt was my second mechanic attempt looking for assistance and I’m so happy to have found them. Looks like I needed a new alternator and he was able to acquire the piece, complete the labor and get me back on the road in two hours. The service was great and most importantly the price was fair. Made it back home safe, thank you so much!

This place is incredible. Stopped here as an emergency coming down from PA. The shop was closed, but the owner stopped in briefly and didn't even hesitate to help. replaced tires quickly and we were on our way. a few days later he realized he accidentally over charged me, gave me a call and refunded the money!!!! Such an honest upstanding business owner. If I lived closer I would use them for anything motor related for the rest of my life.

De Witt Tire is a lot more than a tire shop, the name can be misleading. It's a total car care mechanic establishment. The mechanics are spot on in service and always friendly. De Witt Tire is the only establishment my wife and I take our vehicles for service.

Got tire from them 30 days later and less than 150 miles all the tread comes flying off while on the highway took it to them they were like oh who could say what could cause that to happen maybe a pothole no pothole is gonna cause all you tread to come flying off

very unprofessional staff. manager (doug) was very rude. staff claimed to have fixed my car last week, but nothing changed. i still have the same problem as before. i took it back within 24 hours of getting it back in my possession. called them today to find out if they had updates, doug answered the phone and told me “we will look at it some time this week”. waste of time. don’t waste your money here. customer satisfaction is not their concern.
