This place. They continuously "forget" to charge my card on the 5th of every month, (aside from today), payment is due on the 5th that's the agreement I signed, I also signed up for automatic payments. Well, they forget, skip months, then when they remember will double charge you for their own mistakes. I have called and asked several times about this issue and each response is "well, this isn't my full time job, I forgot, and so now I'm trying to catch back up". That's not my fault, and customers should be notified if you're charging their cards outside of the agreement they signed, none the less they forgot to charge February, so in March they billed me twice, and boom 2 weeks later charged for April, so 3 payments in less than a month for their own mistakes. Use another storage facility that has temperature controlled units, and won't steal your money and mess up your other bills.
