We stop here several times a year to dump our trailer tanks. But the dump is in a spot that has designated employee parking which means it's hard if not impossible for 5th wheels or travel trailers to pull up and dump.

Women's restoom handicap stall had pee all over floor. Chose another to find it smells like they'd mopped from the bowl. Overpowering old urine stench. Came out to find attendant with mop and spray bottle, no bucket, moving the urine arond on the floor! On way out saw a full water bucket in closet so they just didn't bother to properly clean. Makes me question if that's the process in public areas what about where we can't see.

To Customers of Love’s Disputanta Location,
As a long-time customer of Love’s, our company has regularly brought our Freightliner and now Kenworth trucks to the Disputanta location for oil changes and routine maintenance. Unfortunately, we have experienced serious issues at this facility that we feel compelled to share.
In the past, with our Freightliners, we incurred over $3,500 in damages due to brakes seizing up shortly after receiving oil changes at this location. Freightliner later informed us that the standard maintenance procedures had not been followed—including greasing the truck as required by the maintenance form. This failure directly led to the mechanical problems.
Recently, a more concerning issue occurred with one of our Kenworth trucks. The Disputanta location installed the incorrect fuel filter—a Detroit filter instead of the Paccar filter required for our model. This error caused significant engine problems, including regeneration issues. When we brought the truck to the dealership, they quickly identified this mistake and confirmed it was the root cause of the malfunction. This mistake has now cost us $1,657.52 in repairs.
I attempted to discuss the matter professionally with the manager, Mrs. Lauran, asking if she had received the message I sent on July 18. Her response was dismissive, stating that her repair technician took the message and she therefore had no knowledge of it. When I tried to explain the situation and my proposed resolution, she was unprofessional, accusatory, and entirely unwilling to listen. Based on her conduct and lack of customer service, I strongly believe she is not suited for a managerial role.
We are deeply disappointed in the service and accountability at this location. Due to these recurring issues, our company is once again being forced to consider legal action—just as we did with the previous Freightliner incident.
To fellow truck owners and operators: I strongly advise avoiding the Disputanta Love’s location. Seek service at another Love’s facility, where your vehicles and business may be treated with the care and professionalism they deserve. The costs saved will far outweigh any convenience this location may offer.

Really great Love’s! The women’s restroom was clean and the dog park was about 80% clean. The dog park trash also wasn’t overflowing which is rare.

Stopped for the night to get my 10 hours of rest and my company doesn’t use Loves for fuel so I had to pay for a shower. Although the showers were very clean it is quite disheartening to have to pay $17.00 for a shower and then be forced to take a cold shower.
