This is a very dirty Wendy’s in the service was terrible especially the manager. I didn’t get his name however he was rude.. The store was out of napkins and other condiments. We use this rest stop on the way up to Maryland for the past month came across a orange tabby kitty and every time I come through, we would feed it and it would come out, not bothering anybody, but trying to save him from this unsafe environment. The manager actually told me that I had to leave, even though we had already purchased gas there and purchased a few items from the store this time we did not eat there because how dirty and nasty it was.. he told me that I was blocking the place where you order your food in the drive-through, even though I was off to the side, trying to feed the kitty and gain his trust. I almost was able to get him and he asked me to leave told me he was gonna call the police for what reason I don’t know because I was not disturbing the peace for causing any issues. We were patrons at the pilot gas station. I would not recommend eating at this Wendy’s as well. apparently the manager does not have any compassion for animals because he does not care if someone wants to take him and give him a good home.

UNSANITARY!! I had came in for coffee. I notice the caramel syrup was out and asked for a refill. The lady behind the counter came over and pulled a syrup out and PUT THE PUMP IN THE HAND SINK. I told her that is against health code and to please use a new pump. She said “this is just this ice sink.” The sink was behind the deli counter and clearly labeled hand wash station. She has clearly never washed her hands and was touching peoples food. 🤢

The person in charge of the shower cleans them all at the same time, which means he has to wait for some of the showers to be empty and clean them all at the same time, which can lead to waiting for more than four hours.

It’s a good thing I bring Clorox spray to every shower. Clearly this shower was not cleaned. Wednesday 7/23 around 6:45pm. I gave 3 stars because the staff is pretty friendly and nice.

White lady that cleans the showers need to do a better job she literally just changed the towels and that was it .

Worst pilot stop. I was waiting for shower about an hour but all showers was available it’s just clean stuff was absent. Food court doesn’t work 24/7.

The shower I use today at black mold all over the place they are not spreading bleach to kill mold thank God I bring my own bleach and do the best I can if there's any Health Inspectors in the area that read this check them out

It's pretty clean overall. Some bobtail parking in front of the store, on 1st come basis. Paid parking available. Showers are clean.
