We have never seen service as efficient, personable, and pleasant as we experienced at the Waverly Post Office. Emily provided STELLAR Service. She made us feel so welcome, important and valued. Our passport process was seamless - completed in under 30 minutes, and it was a walk-in appointment. All post offices should model their services after the Waverly Post Office. If I could give the Waverly Post Office higher than 5 stars, I would! Excellent service and an overall phenomenal experience. WAY TO GO WAVERLY POST OFFICE!!! ??”

“The main entrance it’s not the first one that you see when you came left to right ( I hope you get what I mean). So the non entrance says do not enter… so you will use the next entrance… Anyways customer service is very good. Parking lot near and good.”

“As a business owner who has to ship a lot of packages, this is my favorite Post Office to use. Rick Faults makes this place so amazing to do business with. Honestly, he’s the first and only person to ACTUALLY help make the whole shipping process faster and easier. Shipping has always been my least favorite part of being an online merchant but not anymore. Now, I walk in and out the post office with a smile. I would actually suggest management have him train some others around there… It’s the little things that make the big differences and he seems to know more about the things that matte most.”
