5 stars for decent gas....minus 4 stars for this place being so run down, unkept. If there was to be a gas station youd expect those card skimmers at, this is the one.
1st off, ive gotten gas here a dozen times over the last 2 years. Never has the machine given me a receipt, never has there been window cleaner to use, never has it been clean. Its like they bought an old run down place and put pumps up. If I was Shell, id be embarrassed by the place.
The car wash is now used for some other business, everything about this place is sketchy.
USE THE LOVES ACROSS THE STREET!! THEY DO HAVE PREMIUM BRAND GAS, AND CHEAPER TOO...

If I could have claimed no stars I would have!!! I used my card that I get paid on for $18.63 worth of gas. They cleaned out my account by putting a hold of $142 on it. This was in Friday, so no way to call customer service cuz they work Mon-Fri 8-6 or something, anyway, they were closed by the time I found out they took every penny. So now, me and my grandson are stranded in Virginia Beach, 5 hours from home, no money for gas to get home. Plus check out for the camp site in 11 on Monday so we are stuck in our car for 24 hours till the hills is released. I will never walk into another shell station, I don't care if I pee my pants or die of thirst, or run out of gas, I will never give them another penny. Rant over!!!

I got these IC customer ordered large sodas over 15 a pack heavy job without a tip. They are bad role of the business with IC shopper. I gave them one star.

Go to this gas station quite a bit to get some things I need other than just gas. The people that work there are always nice.

Stopped at shell gas station for gas and in search of some food as it was long day in travel. Very reasonable gas prices. Very friendly and welcoming and helpful staff. Fresh food is icing on a cake.

I only stopped here to get gas on my way to Va Beach. Regular gas costs less here than it did in the city I came from, so I was winning. I didn't go inside the store, so I can't speak on that. The receipt didn't come out after my purchase & I didn't feel like going inside. That is so annoying. Keep the receipt paper rolls filled people! I want to be in and out quickly without having to walk into the store to request it from the cashier. Plus, I don't want to be tempted to buy junk food when I walk in. Who can go inside the gas station store and not buy chips or candy? Not me. Lol. They have a car wash from what I could see, but I didn't get one btw.

There is a Bullets built into this Shell station. I am so happy I found this hamburger joint! All the other ones I have seen are closed.
