I’ve been waiting three days for a package now that has never showed up every day. It gets pushed and pushed. I’ve waited at home for this delivery and each day. My time has been wasted. I guess my time isn’t as valuable as their time.
Horrible customer service if I ever have a choice, I will never pick FedEx again

I drove for the for a year and a half until I almost got decapitated, delivering in Freeze Virginia .We had fun loading our trucks, almost all of us were prior Military and got along. 99% of the customers loved me, just didn’t like driving the mountain roads when lumber trucks take up the whole road coming at you. Ironically, I was leaving a lumberyard and a backhoe backed up and took out the whole driver side of my vehicle and I ducked in time before it could take my skull off. I quit.

This is the worst FedEx experience I have ever had. A package was put on the truck daily for four days and still never left the state. I live in a state over and was looking forward to it; I still haven't received it or had it leave Dublin. So, if your package is there, there's a 50/50 chance you'll get it in a timely manner.

My package was supposed to of been expressed delivered to my house today been on the phone all day they told me it was due to bad weather which is bs cause it's clear on the roads didn't get my package today have to wait till Monday fedex is the absolute most horrible delivery service out there would not recommend

came to my house, went half way down the driveway and didn't deliver the package, said it would be delivered the next day and wasn't delivered.
calling again for the second time in a row to file a complaint, the fedex 1-800 number said it's uncalled-for because they were already in my driveway.
never using fedex again, management sucks.

FedEx is the absolute worst delivery company. I recommend UPS. FedEx is garbage!

Package delayed for seven days at this point due to local weather, I'll add that the route was clear because I am the plow driver for the state on the route. Also UPS delivered multiple packages during this time period without any issues

The FedEx branch B30H out of Dublin, Va. continually misdelivers packages addressed to my address which are addressed to someone else. Most times it is supposed to be delivered to my next door neighbor, TODAY IT WAS TO SOMEOME ON AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ROAD AND HOUSE NUMBER!! MY HOUSE NUMBER IS CLEARLY MARKED ON BOTH SIDES OF MY MAILBOX

I would like to acknowledge Alexis M. I was visiting a college student at VT. Her car would not start. She had cables but I wanted to make sure I had correct set up. I waved her down and she knew the sequence. She stayed until car started and still with a smile.
I appreciate someone who works hard and still helps someone out.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Day 2 of no package delivery. Both attempts state I wasn't home to sign, and I was. They didn't even leave a door tag so they did not come to my house. I called FedEx but because you can't reach the Dublin, VA office directly there isn't any way to complain or follow up. Pretty much, if the only option is to have Fedex deliver my purchase I won't be purchasing. No more Chewy for me.
