They left 160 pounds of large packages by the road! They have previously brought small packages to the front door. Customer service main office asked me to carry them in myself. I am not physically able. Then they told me to find someone to bring them in for me!Called customer several times. They finally gave me the phone number for local delivery. Local office states they get no communications from the main office ever, and never got the phone calls main office claimed they made. Now packages have been rained on and need to be picked up and inspected for damages and damages filed for. And i have to reorder and rely on FedEx again?? How is this a good business model??

Driver didn’t come the first day and just said delivery was missed, second day he didn’t even knock just pasted a damn sticker and left. I was home all day. Pathetic service!

Tracking said a delivery attempt was made but no one was home July 22, 2023 at 9:47AM. B********* No attempt was made we were home and available. We have been home all morning. Don't lie about an attempt!!! Just be truthful!!!! I can't stand liars! UPS from now on for all my deliveries!!

The package was never delivered, was told after several attempts of trying to contact someone at FedEx, and finally accomplishing that that a package was delivered at 12am and then I was told my package was being delivered so no one knew the truth! Several times I have had neighbors to bring me my packages that was delivered to the wrong address so apparently this time the package was never delivered to anyone in my neighborhood!I just wonder what recipe that someone is using for the beans i ordered? I’m going strictly with UPS

Second time I've been waiting on a package and they mark it at 4:30 as customer not home/business closed. They know that they didn't get it on the truck in time. Stop blaming the customer and admit when you make a mistake. Now I have to sit here all day tomorrow waiting to sign for this package, again.

My packages have been left at the end of my driveway at the main road. Can't get a person on the phone to complain. FedEx is horrible.

Cant give the Dublin location a zero or I would. My shipment left Charlotte NC for Dublin 4 days ago never to be seen, tracked or heard from again. Every day Ive been told a new lie. Nobody can tell me anything—this is a part for my car….so im stranded

I have two missing packages in this station, FedEx service is very irresponsible for the missing packages. There is no way to contact via email and through call, all representative says differently. They just hold for a call for a second and during that time it disconnected and conveyed to another representative. After that, it is an iteration of explaining my situation of these missing packages with no progress. I can believe my package is very visible but I cannot contact the station to have a chance to explain what it looks like.

My package has been in my town since 7 am. They waited until 4pm to change the delivery date to tomorrow instead. They also altered my tracking history and it no longer shows its in my town anymore. That's nothing far from straight shady and I won't be buying anything that will get delivered by them nor will I use them to send anything ever.

Long story shortened, I had a package that should have been delivered by Jan 15th. The driver claimed to have tried 3 times and wasn't able to. My husband and I were home every time. On Jan 17th it snowed quite a bit. On the 18th we were waiting and watching all day until I had to go out. As I left the house I saw the driver where we couldn't see the truck. I hollered as loud as I could, but he drove off. I tried to follow him but lost him. I knew where the distribution point was so I went there to get satisfaction.Another driver talked to me about this and he said that he would talk to the office. They called and asked if I wanted it delivered. Turns out that the driver I spoke to went out of his way and personally delivered the package.It seems that I wasn't the only person that this had happened to.

Fed ex left boxes clearly marked with the Chewy logo on wet gravel, and snow. Common sense should occur that most large boxes from Cgewy are food?

Good luck getting through the automated system. People are unfriendly when you finally get someone on the phone. The customer representatives do not want to help and hurry you off the phone! They do not take the time to help you with your issue. Good luck to speak to a supervisor because they will not let you! ALso when speaking to a customer service representative, they will not answer all of your questions which then makes repeat calls! I would rather deal with UPS because they take the time and try to assist you!

The FedEx driver just drove right by my house . I get a text saying that it had the wrong address and it would be delivered tomorrow. It's already been re scheduled twice. I pay for shipping to get it at a particular time. Not when the driver is to lazy to get out and bring it to the porch. There are 10 houses on my street. He didn't even try. This is the third time this year that this has happened. I called customer service and couldn't get anything accomplished because not 1, not 2,but 3 customer service reps couldn't speak clear enough English to understand them! FedEx your getting pathetic. I will not order anything from someone that uses FedEx ever again!
