I made an appointment and they set it. Two hours prior, they canceled due to emergency which I totally understand! 100%.!!!!!!!!!
However, I returned text as asked and no one ever responded to reschedule. I think perhaps it’s a case of ableism and ageism because it happened right after I filed out my profile. It’s just too coincidental.
It’s frustrating because I went to a lot of time researching salons in the area. I had REALLY been looking forward to trying a new stylist. Very frustrating. :(

Had the wonderful experience of having my hair done by Kayla C on Saturday and I couldn’t be happier! Sitting in her chair feels like catching up with an old friend even if you’ve just met her. She was kind, attentive, and also educated me throughout the process. I’m in love with my new hair and have had so many compliments since getting it done. Thank you so much Kayla!

I've been going to get my hair done with Kayla C for over a year now and she's been amazing! I had some banding in my hair when i first began seeing her and its come A LONG WAY since the first appintment. Shes very particular and prideful in her work which is something hard to come by with stylists. She has a super bubbly personality and is one of the easiest people to get along with. If you cant keep the party going, she will. She is amazing at working with your hair and getting it to what you want as best she can WITHOUT damaging it!
I came in one day to get my hair done for senior pictures as I've just graduated and it ended up being a day she wasn't even supposed to work on which was a very kind and selfless move which, I very much appreciated.
I couldn't recommend her more, her work is amazing!

Brittany really has an exceptional talent for hair and color. She listens to what you want, also helps to guide you based on your OWN hair type, helping to weigh out pros and cons of a style/color you may be looking at. Let's face it, we all save Pinterest pictures that in reality will never turn out on you like the picture you saved-guilty as charged?. Her color skills are on point, she can make it bold and bright, or subtle and low maintenance, based on what you want. If you ask her to "keep your length" she will trim off what is absolutely necessary, and also seeks your permission first-you won't be surprised with 4+ inches missing. Everyone in her shop seems to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and really good at listening to clients, which is a big deal in my opinion. Her online app appointment system is also really great, and makes it easy to book spots for yourself or family members. Kayla did my daughter's hair, and was equally as skilled, made her feel comfortable, and my daughter left all smiles afterwards, excited to show off her hair style. Great place, with a great atmosphere, and really trustworthy hair stylists. Highly recommend.

Nevaeh Salon really saved the day! They were able to fit me in last minute (after another stylist at another location cancelled our appointment). Needless to say, everything happens for a reason and I'm certain this was for the best because we love how her hair turned out! This was my daughter's first time ever getting her hair done and it was a good experience! We will definitely be back! Now we can head to our big birthday trip and she can rock the hair of her dreams! Thanks again!
